Debbie Fischer

Debbie Fischer is the Vice Chair and Secretary, North York General Hospital Board of Governors. She is an Executive Associate with KPMG where she consults on organizational change and large-scale system transformation in health care and public sectors. Debbie is also an Executive-in-Residence iat the Rotman School of Management. Previously she was the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Organizational Development at Mount Sinai Hospital and an Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Debbie has a BSc (Neurobiology and Comparative Physiology) and Masters of Health Administration.
