Lisa brings an extensive 30+ year career of executive management roles with life science companies. She specializes in driving sustained growth and high impact turnarounds. Prior to founding Banyan Advisory, she was Vice President, Sales and Corporate Systems at Sesen Bio Inc. a late-stage clinical company advancing targeted fusion-protein therapeutics for cancer patients. Additionally, Lisa spent time at Merck and Co. Inc. where she developed a wealth of cross-functional and operational experience. Lisa led large organizations that launched several innovative, FDA approved products and implemented key initiatives that transformed the opportunity and trajectory of diverse US markets. She also held leadership positions in sales, marketing, market access, compliance, government relations and policy. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach and her Master of Business Administration, from the University of Redlands.
