Ross Kimbel is the Managing Director & Partner at Silicon Road, an early stage venture capital fund focused on building the future of commerce. They focus on omni-channel commerce, in-store and retail tech, supply chain and logistics, and fintech & transactions. Ross is a company builder and investor obsessed with open innovation and helping companies scale.

Ross was a co-founder of Be Curious Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in tech startups building solutions to parenting problems. They defined a new category – Family Technology – of companies that were solving age-old parenting problems with technology solutions.

Before BCP, Ross was Global Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at The Coca-Cola Company where he was co-founder of Coca-Cola Founders, a seed stage venture arm for the company. At Coke, Ross also led Coca-Cola Design Machine, a marketing innovation platform that helped Coca-Cola and its 200+ bottling partners customize and share marketing materials across the Coca-Cola System.

At home, Ross and his wife are often found chasing after their two daughters. Ross is a distance runner (marathon and ultra-marathon) and has to start every day with a run.
