Sally finished a 25 year career in the National Security Sector as Director Cyber at GCHQ, running the National Offensive Cyber Programme and leading the stand up of the National Cyber Force.

In career v2.0, she is focused on leadership and talent development in the digital world. Current roles include being on the board of WithYouWithMe, an Australian company offering an innovative digital skills training platform, chair of a board in local government, and advice to a range of tech start ups with sustainable credentials or social purpose
She also delivers women in leadership programmes and other leadership development for a range of FTSE 100 clients.

Wider interests include the ethical, societal and technical challenges arising from the intersection of human and machine intelligence. And the challenges of a very undiverse household (3 teenage boys, 3 dogs and an engineer / entrepreneur husband), and a very untamed garden.
