Sofia Nunes is a co-founder of Mambu, a SaaS cloud banking platform that offers a unique experience to clients due to its sustainable composable approach.

Throughout her 12 years in the company she held leadership roles with a focus on Talent, Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and is a strong believer in the importance of defining the core elements of Organizational Culture from the early days.

As an integral part of the company since inception until its unicorn valuation, Sofia has a deep understanding of the natural cycles, changes and inherent challenges and opportunities that companies face when evolving from a startup to a scale-up phase.

In May 2022, she began a one year break to focus on writing and coaching leaders of purpose-driven companies.
