Spencer Fraser

Spencer has worked for more than 30 years in the defence, marine and aerospace sectors. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Federal Fleet Services. He spent 20 years as an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and subsequently served as president of Meggitt Training Systems Canada for 11 years, a recognized world leader in naval training. Spencer is an alumnus of the University of Oxford Saïd School of Business, Queen’s University School of Business, King’s College London and the Royal Military College of Canada. He is the Chairman of the Board for the Canadian Centre for Unmanned Vehicle Systems and sits as a member of the Premier of Alberta’s SME Export Council. Spencer is a Certified Management Accountant. Spencer is also an executive director of Federal Fleet Services.
