Victor Mroczkowski is Executive Vice President of Operations of Re:Build Manufacturing, a family of industrial businesses combining cutting-edge enabling technologies, operational superiority and strategic M&A to help revitalize the U.S. manufacturing base over the coming decades. Previously, Victor spent 14 years in the aerospace industry at Boeing including executive leadership roles managing large-scale operations for a 2,400-person Electrical Systems Responsibility Center and standing up a greenfield Propulsion Center of Excellence in Charleston, SC to support design/build vertical reintegration. He is skilled in Leadership, Strategy, Engineering and Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Management. Victor began his career serving for 12 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces officer. Victor has a BS in Mechanical (Aero) Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point; an MA in Central and Eastern European Studies from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland; MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT; and MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
