Carl Breau is the CEO of Saimen and is based in Shanghai. He has a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, is a UCLA certified Board Member and is fully fluent in French, English and Mandarin. He has experience in product engineering, manufacturing and market entry, especially in China, and cumulates more than 20 years in management. He’s also the laureate of the “Young Engineer Exceptional Achievement Medal” (1999) given by the Canadian Council of Engineers.
