Connor Spelliscy is a decentralized and plural technologies researcher and advocate. Connor is the executive director of the DAO Research Collective, which accelerates the functionality of DAOs by open-sourcing targeted research and connecting academic institutions with industry. He advises foundations and tech companies on advocacy and co-founded the largest blockchain industry associations in the United States and Canada.
Connor was previously a venture partner at Hangar, a fund that invests at the intersection of tech and policy. He also led the development of the Transaction Permission Layer at OpenZeppelin, advised Polychain portfolio startups on legal and fundraising, and specialized in tech law as an attorney at Goodmans LLP.
