Connor is a crypto researcher and advocate, primarily focused on DAOs.

Connor founded the DAO Research Collective, which accelerates DAO functionality by procuring and open sourcing targeted research foundational to effective DAO operation. He co-founded the Blockchain Association and Canadian Web3 Council, which are the leading industry associations for crypto companies in the United States and Canada.

He is also currently working with the Ethereum Foundation and Cosmos on initiatives designed to improve the crypto ecosystem with a particular focus on equitable access to legal information and improving government policy.

He was previously a Venture Partner at Hangar, a fund that invests at the intersection of tech and policy; led the development of the Transaction Permission Layer at OpenZeppelin; advised Polychain portfolio startups on legals and fundraising; and specialized in tech as an attorney at Goodmans LLP.
