Fraser Clarke has been growing service-oriented health and finance companies for nearly 20 years. He has a unique ability to identify and provide a long term vision for growth coupled with strong operating knowledge. In 2002, Fraser left a successful investment banking career to join Hair Club as Chief Financial Officer. Within months of joining the company, Fraser’s responsibilities expanded to include marketing, sales and operations. In 2004, as Hair Club’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Fraser lead the company’s sale to Regis Corporation (RGS:NYSE). As part of the sale, Fraser transitioned to President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2009 Fraser joined Herbal Magic, Canada’s largest commercial weight loss company, and served as President and CEO until 2013. During that time, the company purchase LA Weight Loss; transitioning the business from a single brand to multi brand organization. In August 2014 Fraser acquired 100% of Massage Addict, Canada’s largest and fastest growing provider of Registered Massage Therapy. Acting as both the President and CEO Fraser has spearheaded industry leading growth. In addition to focusing on initiatives to drive Same-Store-Sales, clinic count has quadrupled since the acquisition; driven by both new franchise partners and expansion of current owners. Approximately 60% of Massage Addict owners are multi-unit.

Understanding what it takes to run a leading National brand, Fraser continues to focus on ensuring the company provides industry leading support, training, technology infrastructure and client experience. In addition to his operational experience Fraser was one of the founding investors and a Director of Element Financial Corporation (TSX: EFN) from 2010 to 2013, has served on a number of boards and held positions with CCC Investment Banking and Ernst & Young LLP.
