Hassan Bhatti is a technology entrepreneur with a track record of commercializing deep-tech projects into successful businesses. Currently, he leads the healthcare vertical for the Snowflake Marketplace, is an investment partner at Community Fund, is a co-founder and board member of Semantic Health, a seed-stage healthcare start-up in the revenue cycle management space, and is an active angel investor across the globe.
Previously, he co-founded CryptoNumerics, a data privacy, and machine learning venture-backed startup, which Snowflake acquired in 2020 for a cash and stock deal.
Hassan started his career in management consulting, but left to lead product and business development at an early-stage Y-Combinator-backed computer vision start-up, based in Silicon Valley, which he helped grow from pre-seed to Series A. He also worked at Creative Destruction Lab where he helped build the quantum machine learning incubation stream.
Hassan holds a bachelor’s in economics and physics from the University of British Columbia where he studied on a full-ride scholarship and received the Margaret Fulton and the Nestor Korchinsky Award for community and leadership work.
