Chief Operating Officer, Advisor and Angel Investor

Hilal Koc Savci is a global business leader, start-up advisor, and angel investor. After several leadership roles at Google, LinkedIn and Meta building and scaling 0-1 products, as well as co-leading a start-up to exit, she is now the Chief Operating Officer of Pivotal Future. A UK-based climate-tech startup, Pivotal is building a biodiversity measurement platform that allows changes in biodiversity to be evidenced accurately, affordably and at scale through the use of AI, drones, and satellite technologies.

Hilal started her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse covering the tech sector, which sparked her interest in how technology can drive innovation and disruption. She is inspired by makers and advises and invests in founders solving for the biggest challenges in finance, health and climate through products and platforms powered by applied ML/AI and IoT. She has also taken on non-executive director roles at startups and served as operational advisor for venture capital portfolio companies.

A San Francisco native, London transplant by way of Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Moscow and NYC, Hilal is passionate about building a future where nature and business are in balance – by incentivising the regeneration of biodiversity at scale.
