Jeremy Palmer has overseen QuantumBlack’s growth and emergence as a global leader in using AI to drive performance improvement and innovation. Under Jeremy’s leadership, QuantumBlack grew to be a global leader in advanced analytics, expanding across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. He led the acquisition by McKinsey & Company, where today he also serves as a senior partner.
Jeremy has wide ranging global operational leadership experience, from the military to global financial services and early-stage digital and technical venture capital to the scaling and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning. He is deeply committed to the principles of continuous learning and reinvention, and a pragmatic, performance-driven approach to organizational change. He believes strongly in the importance of establishing a strong culture and organizational values when growing successful teams.
With over 30 years of leadership and management experience, Jeremy has previously held senior leadership positions in the financial services industry with JP Morgan, ING Barings and UBS in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining QuantumBlack in 2014, he also advised and led a number of early-stage creative and technology businesses. Alongside scaling the growth of QuantumBlack, he has advised global leaders in many industries on the many aspects of transforming businesses to be truly data driven in their quest to drive continuous performance improvement.
