Kristina Tamane is leading the University of Edinburgh Space and Satellites sector, uniting key academic colleagues and commercializing university research, ensuring intellectual property from universities gets into the industry. She essentially finds problems, as our academics have the solutions – and turns ideas into commercial opportunities. Kristina is an experienced project manager, knowledgeable and very well connected in the space sector across the UK, but particularly in Scotland and focused on growing the space industry by working collaboratively with government, enterprise agencies, industry, third sector and universities.
