Laurence is an investor and advisor to a number of FinTech businesses and digital banks. Laurence has worked for over 15 years in senior roles for leading FinTech companies. Previously, Laurence was CEO at Tide, where he spent 5 years taking the business from launch to serving over 400,000 UK businesses and one of the leading FinTech companies in the SMB sector.

Prior to Tide, he was COO of Revolut, where he helped to rapidly scale the business from initial start-up to become one of the worlds largest digital banking players. Laurence’s career has included launching one of the first prepaid cards into the UK with Moneysupermarket and has also held senior roles at Yahoo!.
