Leah Olson is a visionary leader with over 20 years’ experience building and leading high performing teams in the private and public sectors across Canada. She is sought out for her ability to quickly turn organizations around and build long term successful organizations. She has been recognized as one of Concordia University’s top 50 under 50 alumni for her leadership in technology and entrepreneurship.

Leah’s past roles include director of commercial excellence with Conteva Agrisciences, CEO of the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute, CEO of DOT Technology Corp., CEO of SeedMaster Manufacturing, president of the Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada and marketing and communications lead for Pfizer Canada. Having grown up on a grain farm and married to a farmer, Leah’s leadership is consistently informed by what is happening on the farm and her rural upbringing.

A life-long learner, Leah communicates fluently in French and English appearing frequently in national and major media publications to speak about agriculture and digital transformation of the industry. She has an MBA from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in public policy and public administration from Concordia University. Leah enjoys helping others and is a proud mentor in the CDL Rockies program and part of the University of Regina’s Levene Graduate School of Business Advisory Board. Leah is an avid runner and level 2 nationally certified rugby coach.
