London based tech entrepreneur, since 2018 serving as Head of Google for Startups in the UK where she focuses on supporting the most exciting startups using tech for social good and founded by diverse entrepreneurs. Marta is also Chair of Youth Business International, a global non for profit helping young people into entrepreneurship, Chair of Acua Ocean, a hardware clean tech startup, and on the Impact Board of She co-founded three tech startups, including a global Fintech Azimo which raised almost $90M in funding from top VC firms and serves 5 million customers, and FreeUp, a salary advances platform which was sold in 2019. Marta’s received multiple awards including Forbes 30 Under 30 in Finance in 2016 and Evening Standard London’s Most Influential People in 2017 and in 2018. Marta holds a MA in Organisational Psychology and a Management degree from Columbia Business School.
