Michael Rapps is President and CEO of Clarke Inc., an investment company focused on making concentrated investments in distressed and out-of-favour companies and assisting the companies in improving their operational and financial performance. Over the last ten years, Michael has invested in and worked with manufacturing and energy companies as well as various real estate businesses and developments.

Earlier in his career, Michael practiced law, focusing on corporate transactions. Michael holds a BCL and an LLB from McGill University and serves on the Board of Clarke Inc. and as Chairman of Holloway Lodging Corp.
