Rich Rogers

Rich Rogers is the co-founder and CEO of Xemelgo, a Seattle-based industry 4.0 software company. Rich and his team are building “Amazon Go”-style solutions for manufacturers of all sizes. Xemelgo uses sensors to capture real-time data on the factory floor. They use this data to populate the existing ERP business systems on behalf of the workers. Xemelgo’s solution is deployed with leading manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest as well as across the country. Prior to founding Xemelgo, Rich spent 12 years at Hitachi, most recently driving their IoT strategy and delivering their Industrial IoT platform, Lumada. He was recently named one of the “Top 40 IoT Leaders” by Accenture, and he was included in the “Who’s Who in Industry 4.0” by Onalytica.
