Scott Delbeck is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with experience founding and scaling two startups to successful seven-figure exits. With over two decades of experience, Scott’s expertise bridge AI, risk management, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and web development.

He was the Founder and Executive of High Water Advisors from 2012-2021, an AI and risk management consulting firm. He led it to become a global player through strategic partnerships and a robust channel sales program. His efforts resulted in significant revenue growth, over 100 high-value deals, and ultimately, an acquisition by RSM US LLC. Prior to High Water Advisors, he was also the Founder and Managing Director of Jetgrey Media from 2001-2006. At the helm of this web development startup, Scott’s company pioneered in creative digital marketing and Flash animation, guiding the company through rapid growth phases and a strategic sale of Jetgrey Media.
