Sheila Rege is a public board director, founder, CEO, entrepreneur and physician. Having lived in Asia, Europe and the U.S., Sheila has a global outlook and in-depth knowledge of healthcare markets and regulatory dynamics. She has a passion for board roles that allow her to meaningfully contribute to a company’s success.

Sheila’s key experiences are as an experienced CEO, in corporate board service, digital transformation, enterprise risk management, insurance, regulated industries, deep Medicare and Medicaid, and medtech incubation.

She currently serves on the Audit and Compensation Committee at Mirion Technologies (NYSE: MIR) and is board chair at the American College of Radiation Oncology. She is the founder/former CEO of Northwest Cancer Clinic in Kennewick, WA, which was acquired by GenesisCare in 2020. As an exited entrepreneur and board-certified physician in radiation oncology, she has a unique mix of clinical knowledge, the healthcare delivery system, M&A and medical technology.

Sheila has additional support roles as chair of the Washington State Health Technology Clinical Committee. The committee advises on the adoption of technology, based on scientific evidence, for the 2.5 million Washington residents covered by WA state insurance.
