Putting AI To Work is a 6-month program designed to accelerate and de-risk AI adoption by guiding teams through a phased process that includes:

• Phase 1: Identifying high-value applications of AI that align with your overall business strategy
• Phase 2: Developing proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate value and feasibility
• Phase 3: Develop a Buy, Build, or Partner strategy and move to implementation

Throughout the program, organizations will have the opportunity to learn from peers and meet every other week with their dedicated CDL advisor.

• Are prepared to move quickly and share learnings with peers.

Program Outcomes

Organizations that participate in the Putting AI To Work can expect to:

• Learn a repeatable process for evaluating the business value and technical feasibility of potential AI opportunities.
• Identify 2-3 specific high-ROI AI use cases for your business and fully scope them.
• Conduct 1 small-scale POC + develop 1 implementation plan to manage and scale the use case.
• Post-program success plan: strategy, change management, governance.

Acquiring these fundamental skills and processes will train your organization to accelerate AI adoption and reduce the need to hire external consultants.

Application Process

There is limited availability to be a part of the Putting AI To Work program at this time. We ask that all applicants make the following commitments in order to be considered:

• Allocation of a 0.2 FTE Project Owner (1 person, 1 day/week) to working on PAI2W. This should be someone from one of your business units. IT-led AI adoption efforts are rarely successful.Commitment of a C-Suite Business Executive to attend all Accelerators (1hr/month). 
• Participants acknowledge there will be additional spending required to execute their use case (Buy, Build, Partner).
• Participants are required to send an agenda for each 1:1 two days in advance in order to facilitate a productive discussion with their advisor.
• Participants will contribute to the community “Idea Hub” including high level descriptions of their use cases, and vendors they have evaluated. More details on this can be shared on request.
