Northern Waves specializes in the additive manufacture of microwave components and antennas for high-frequency communication systems. The company addresses the limitations of traditional CNC machining and multi-part assembly by offering fully metallic, monolithic components that reduce weight, minimize insertion loss, and significantly shorten production lead times (SWaP). This approach has been validated by the delivery of over 500 components to 50 + customers worldwide, multiple ESA contracts, and collaborations with industry leaders such as Ericsson and Viasat.
