His background spans manufacturing, retail, and global QSR, with roles across organisations including Sainsbury’s and Yum! Brands (KFC) in Central and Eastern Europe. Adam specialises in supporting companies as they transition from pilot and early-stage production into scaled commercial operations, bridging the gap between R&D and manufacturing.
