Carina currently serves as Director Strategy in Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals division.

Before this, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Germany and the U.S. for six years supporting various clients on topics across the healthcare space, including pharmaceutical and medtech companies as well as payers and providers.

Her focus was on corporate and commercial strategies, (digital) marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and digital and analytics topics.

Carina mentors and coaches start-ups in different contexts at the Berlin Institute of Health (digital health accelerator) and is active as an angel investor in Berlin. She is an MD and PhD by training.
