Eluska Sukia Arruabarrena is Chief Investment Officer at Kutxa Fundazioa, where she leads the foundation’s investment activities supporting technology-based companies and industrial ventures with long-term regional impact. She serves on the boards of several portfolio companies, including VIVEbiotech, and participates in investment and governance oversight across multiple sectors.

Before joining Kutxa Fundazioa, she worked at CAF as Head of R&D Management and later as Technology Strategy Manager, overseeing research programs and technology development initiatives.

Eluska holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and an Executive MBA from Deusto Business School. As an investor and mentor, she focuses on evaluating deep-tech and tech-transfer opportunities and supporting early-stage teams in strategic growth and market preparation.
