Jen Thorson is the Chief Operating Officer and founder at Modjoul. As a former executive at AIG, Ms. Thorson had also seen a lot of unnecessary workplace injuries and fatalities. As a runner, she has also been a long-time customer of athletic wearables. Prior to founding Modjoul, Ms. Thorson was the Head of Strategic Planning, Transformation, Operations, and Regulatory Control at American International Group. Ms. Thorson was recognized as a top talent at AIG and was a member of AIG’s top 50 women executives. Ms. Thorson held varying leadership positions during her years at American International Group. Ms. Thorson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

Jen serves on the Seton Hall University’s Gerald P Buccino ’63 Center for Leadership Development Honors Program Advisory Council and also is a mentor and board member for their Women’s Initiative.
