Held positions of increasing responsibility in academic institutions, large pharma R&D groups and small biotech start-ups in Silicon Valley. Technical expertise in a variety of areas including monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, small molecules, proteins, enzymes, companion diagnostics, drug delivery technologies and manufacturing. Extensive foreign work experience in Japan and Europe including a 3-year, expat assignment in Frankfurt, Germany. MBA with a BA in Biology.
