Kenza Ait Si Abbou is an AI executive, technology leader, author, and advisor who helps organizations navigate the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence. With more than 20 years of international experience spanning technology, telecommunications, logistics, and enterprise transformation, she has built a reputation for translating complex technologies into practical business outcomes.

Kenza is the Founder and Managing Director of Scailers, an AI advisory firm that works with executive teams to develop AI strategies, build organizational readiness, and drive sustainable transformation. Prior to founding Scailers, she served as CTO and Board Member at FIEGE, where she led technology strategy and digital innovation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at IBM and Deutsche Telekom, where she was responsible for AI, robotics, innovation, and large-scale transformation programs.

An engineer by training, Kenza has been working with machine learning and artificial intelligence since before the technology entered the mainstream. She is widely recognized as a thought leader on AI strategy, responsible innovation, and digital transformation, and is a bestselling author, keynote speaker, and podcaster dedicated to making AI accessible to broad audiences. Her work has helped leaders, organizations, and policymakers better understand both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with emerging technologies.

Beyond her executive and advisory roles, Kenza serves on the Economic Advisory Board of the German Bundestag parliamentary group Bündnis 90/Die Grünen and teaches AI Strategy and Leadership in executive education programs.
