Manon is a Canadian/American entrepreneur, co-founder and general partner of Linearis, an AI multi-omic platorm combined with a VC arm investing AI-life sciences companies.
She has 20+ years of international experience in executive management roles with NASDAQ-listed BioPharma companies (Merck, Novartis, Celgene acquired by BMS and Intercept) in the US, Canada and Europe. Manon has extensive global operations/re-orgs, go-to-market, medical-marketing strategy and life cycle management expertise, has launched several oncology blockbusters, worked on early pipeline compounds in rare diseases and MASH.
Involved in private equity, Manon is an early-stage investor with Anges Quebec, an LP with Accelia Capital supporting women entrepreneurs and FemTech, and an adviser to VC firms in life sciences. She is a seasoned operator and investor with a solid track record in business development, governance, and Series A & B fundraising, due diligence and investing. Manon is a chairwomen and director on several boards including Gray Oncology, Scopia Surgical, and ex-director with the Canadian Cancer Society.
Active in the startup ecosystem life sciences, she mentors several companies affiliated with the Creative Destruction Lab, Merck Digital Sciences Studio. Manon fosters trailblazing entrepreneurs who are laser-focused on the rapid scaling of their IA solutions.
She is a healthcare clinician with a master’s from the University of Montreal and an executive MBA from McGill/HEC Montreal. In addition, Manon is a certified corporate board director from Harvard Business School, the Institute of Corporate Directors and Competent Boards.
