Matt Bancroft has a 20+ year track record of creating and building innovative businesses from inception to exit generating over $1 Billion of value. He is currently Founder of BlueLines Consulting, a firm focused on strategy consulting and interim executive leadership for mid-market businesses. Matt was General Manager and Vice President of Proximity Services for M87, a company building distributed wireless technology for IoT, which was acquired by XCOM Labs in 2019. Previously, he has served as President and COO of Mobile Helix, Chief Marketing Officer of Mformation Software Technologies (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent in 2015), and Vice President Business Development for Flarion Technologies (acquired for $805 million by Qualcomm in 2006). Matt has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an M.Eng and M.A. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
