Milly is Executive Director of Ocean Exchange, a non-profit with international scope, that helps advance the adoption of innovative solutions for healthy oceans, sustainable coastal systems and the decarbonization of shipping/ports. Ocean Exchange awards $210,000/yr in non-dilutive awards through a competitive process. Before her nine years at Ocean Exchange she was an operating executive in the chemical & materials industry with BASF/Engelhard, Ferro, and Arco Chemical. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her current volunteer activities revolve around ocean health and the Blue Economy, including her sub-committee membership of NOAA’s Blue Economy subcommittee. She has helped judge/mentor numerous ocean and clean tech competitions.
