Neda Raji leads product for a network that moves $6 trillion in global commerce. As VP & Head of Product Management for SAP Business Network Applications, she owns strategy and execution across three product lines, Supply Chain Collaboration, Logistics, and Asset Collaboration, serving millions of companies worldwide. Her current focus is rebuilding that portfolio around agentic AI, moving supply chain workflows from dashboards that report problems to agents that resolve them.
Before SAP, Neda led data and AI product organizations at Walmart Global Tech, where her work included AI governance across hundreds of production ML models and building and scaling conversational AI platforms, from chatbots to IVR to self-service experiences, at a scale where a single-digit efficiency gain moves eight figures. Across 16 years in the field, her throughline has been building AI products where trust, governance, and adoption matter as much as model quality, a perspective she also brings to teaching as a guest lecturer at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and to various AI industry panels.
