Nick currently serves as a Board Director and Strategic Advisor to Public and Private companies, and as an Advisor to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.

Rising through the ranks over a tenured career that spanned continents and lines of business to become UPS President of Information Technology from 2011 – 2021, Nick is globally recognized for leading the development of multiple technology innovations that have disrupted and transformed the supply chain logistics and transportation industry.

Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for First Student, North America’s largest student transportation company and also serves on the Board of Directors for Robust.ai an early stage robotics company. Nick previously served on the Board of Directors for Ware2Go, a leading digital ecommerce and supply chain technology platform company and Motion2.ai, a supply chain computer vision and optimization platform company.

His Fortune 50, enterprise technology, supply chain logistics, and transportation experience, coupled with his engagement in global M&A, venture investment, and organizational transformation, Nick is a sought after advisor to companies and investors.

With a passion to serve the community, Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for Points of Light and as President of The Conrad Foundation. Nick has a history of non-profit board leadership having served as Non-Executive Chairman for ToolBank USA and as Non-Executive Chairman for Hands on Atlanta. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Humane Society, on the Board of Trustees of the Louisville Zoo Foundation, and served as an advisor to United Way Worldwide.
