Initially M&A banker (Lazard. Goldman Sachs), then hedge fund investor (Citadel and smaller funds), finally corporate and investment banking senior manager, Olivier Perquel played an essential role in the post-crisis restructuring of Natixis, the CIB and asset management arm of the BPCE group (Caisses d’Epargne et Banques Populaires), first as head of strategy, and in charge of the bad bank (GAPC), then as the head of the Corporate and Investment Bank. He was a member of the Senior Management and Executive Committees of the bank until 2017. Since then, he invests and advises; and is involved in a number of patronage and volunteer activities.
