Dr. René Munser is Co-Founder of Excellere LifeScience Consulting, advising life science startups, scaleups, and investors in building commercially successful and scalable organizations. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has held senior commercial and operational leadership roles at Bayer, Schering, CytoSorbents Europe, and the German Heart Center Foundation. Most recently, as Vice President Commercial Operations, he was responsible for commercial excellence, portfolio management, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives. René specializes in translating strategy into execution, helping companies establish the structures, processes, and capabilities required for sustainable growth. He holds a doctorate and a degree in Business Administration.
