Ricky was an academic scientist, analyst and strategy consultant to the medtech/pharma sector, entrepreneur and now VC. He is the Founder and General Partner of Continuum Health Ventures, an early-stage focused fund which invests in the democratization of the future of medicine, with a focus on digital healthtech and healthspan extension startups. He is also an active mentor, board advisor and angel investor in several healthtech startups. The fund is a cross border with HQ in Toronto and Silicon Valley.

Prior to this, he founded and operated Q2 Metrics, a big-data predictive analytics company servicing healthcare companies; clients included Johnson & Johnson, Gilead, GE, Medtronic, McKesson, Stryker, Becton Dickinson, Boston Scientific, Abbott, and Biomet-Zimmer. In 2016, the organization was acquired by publicly traded F300 global conglomerate IQVIA.
