Robert Haydock

Chief Executive Officer, AML Oceanographic Ltd.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has spent 22 years with AML, progressing from Sales and Marketing Leader to General Manager, COO and CEO. His leadership philosophy centers on coaching, teamwork and empowering others to excel.

As CEO, Robert focuses primarily on AML’s Corporate Development function, drawing on extensive experience across sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and product management. A longtime advocate of business coaching, he has followed the Metronomics methodology for 12 years. Robert also served as Chair of Acetech. Outside work, he pursues continuous improvement through triathlon, motorcycling and international travel.
