Stefan began his career in the tourism and hospitality industry, where he gained extensive experience in international operations, service systems, and strategic positioning.
He later founded Lotao, an organic food brand focused on organic and plant-based innovation, and served as Founder and CEO for over 15 years. During this time, he built the company from concept to international retail presence, developing deep expertise in sourcing, supply chains, private label, and brand scaling.
Over the past two years, Stefan has specialized in food technology and biotech-driven raw materials through his FutureFoodTechnology initiative. Following the sale of Lotao in December 2026, he is now focused on strategic innovation and venture development through Creovias.com
