Trevor Smith is the Founder and CEO of Atomic-6, an advanced manufacturing firm solving space’s essential foundations of power, protection, and thermal management. By leveraging next-generation composites, Trevor’s team is developing Hot Wing™, a redeployable high-efficiency radiator specifically optimized for the extreme thermal demands of orbital computing. This sits alongside Atomic-6’s core portfolio: Light Wing™, a redeployable and mass-manufacturable solar array, and Space Armor®, an RF-permeable shield designed to stop hypervelocity impacts while resisting directed energy. Under his leadership, Atomic-6 has submitted over $4 Billion in proposed bids and is under contract to provide solar arrays for the first data center constellation in lunar orbit.
To further this mission, Atomic-6 launched ODC.space, the first orbital marketplace for space data centers. By uniting companies across the entire supply chain with transparent, upfront pricing, ODC.space establishes a scalable backbone for the space economy. The venture directly leverages the Atomic-6 technology suite—integrating Light Wing for power, Hot Wing for thermal management, and Space Armor for debris protection—to ensure the survivability of mission-critical hardware. A serial entrepreneur and University of Mississippi alumnus, Trevor previously co-founded Sprout Lighting and worked in commercial real estate. With hardware already in orbit, he remains focused on building the future of orbital infrastructure when he isn’t following Formula 1 or riding dirt bikes.
