Keith Driver is a serial entrepreneur in the clean-technology and agricultural-technology sectors, with more than 20+ years of experience across North America. He has held leadership roles in multiple technology companies, contributing across founding, technical, marketing, and executive management functions with a focus on the commercialization of emerging products and technologies.
Keith currently serves as a partner in Clear Sky Ltd., a New York-based merchant banking platform established by Concord Resources Limited and MKS PAMP Group. Clear Sky develops carbon and renewable energy solutions that support organizations in achieving net-zero objectives through the creation and monetization of high-integrity environmental assets. This builds on his 20+ years as a trailblazer in the carbon market space having led the development of many of the markets in North America, member of the early team at Blue Source (now Anew Climate) and building Cap-Op Energy which is now part of BMO Radicle following a pair of acquisitions.
Keith has held a number of executive leadership roles across the agrifood sector, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Enterra Feed Corporation, a pioneer in the commercial production of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae for use in sustainable animal feed and organic fertilizer applications. He subsequently worked with Protix to support its expansion into the United States market, including engagement with Tyson Foods leading the Tyson–Protix joint venture (Ty-Pro). Additional roles have included serving as CEO of a publicly listed regenerative fertilizer company, co-developing two aquaculture businesses, and leading the development of an insect-based production platform for natural color manufacturing.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Keith serves on the boards of several regional industry and community sports organizations, including leadership roles supporting ice sports infrastructure development in Calgary. He is an Associate with the Creative Destruction Lab and volunteers with technology incubators across Canada and the United States, supporting early-stage companies in navigating pathways from technical validation to market entry and scale.
Keith holds two engineering degrees and an MBA in Environmental Management. He has served as a sessional instructor for more than a decade at the University of Calgary, the University of Western Ontario and the University of Guelph, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas.
