Stephan Kühne is an experienced board member, senior advisor and C-level executive with three decades of international leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder businesses. He combines the perspective of an entrepreneurial CFO, acting chairman, senior interim executive and investor with deep financial expertise. His executive career includes Executive Board/CFO roles at Wilh. Werhahn KG, Constantia Flexibles Group and Intersnack Group, spanning family-owned industrial groups, fast moving consumer goods and Private Equity-owned international packaging. At Constantia Flexibles, he was appointed CFO/member of the Management Board in 2016, joining from Intersnack Group, a major European savoury-snacks manufacturer with €2.3 billion in annual turnover, 28 manufacturing sites and 8,500 employees at the time. His governance experience includes service as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft, Deputy Chairman of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG and Director/Board Member of Werhahn Industrieholding SE. Stephan brings broad expertise in finance, transformation, governance and executive leadership across international sectors.
