Stephan Kühne is an experienced board member, senior advisor and C-level executive with three decades of international leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder businesses. He combines the perspective of an entrepreneurial CFO, acting chairman, senior interim executive and investor with deep financial expertise. His executive career includes CFO roles at Wilh. Werhahn KG, Constantia Flexibles Group and Intersnack Group, spanning family-owned industrial groups, consumer goods and international packaging. At Constantia Flexibles, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board in 2016, joining from Intersnack Group, a major European savoury-snacks manufacturer with €2.3 billion in annual turnover, 28 manufacturing sites and 8,500 employees at the time. His governance experience includes service as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft, Deputy Chairman of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG and Director/Board Member of Werhahn Industrieholding SE. Stephan brings broad expertise in finance, transformation, governance and executive leadership across international sectors.
