Leader of Partners in Performance’s European region and our global capital projects practice – building both from the start. Previously: set-up and led the global construction division of Intelligent Engineering (start up in advanced steel structures); McKinsey consultant; Technical Director at Magrathea (start-up in advanced yacht manufacturing); and, Lead designer at North Sails.

Current focus and expertise in building high performing capital projects businesses as well as significantly enhancing the development, execution and recovery of projects and project portfolios. Have supported and delivered diverse mega-projects in infrastructure and resources including mines, refining and industrial plants, power stations, roads, rail, telco, utility networks, shipbuilding, bridges, buildings, stadia and defence.

More broadly my consulting work focuses on delivering significant improvements to businesses by helping them to build high performing teams and operations – enhancing human behaviour their processes, management and use of data – in sales, operations, procurement and administration.

Respected for building strong client & partner relationships and having the passionate optimism necessary to drive teams towards challenging goals in both growth and change; particularly, in building successful new businesses that I have done for both Partners in Performance, Intelligent Engineering and Magrathea.
