Flavia Alzetta is a seasoned business leader who has worked in several industries including financial services and paytech. Her payment experience includes card issuing, acquiring, bank and alternative payments as well as the development of BaaS and PasS platforms. Whilst based in the UK for over 20 years, she has extensive international experience gaining a deep industry understanding in the UK , Europe and beyond.

During the last 10 years, Flavia did held key industry roles. She was the CEO of a banking and payment platform as a service, leading a number of innovative initiatives such as the Fintech Fast Track and the first implementation in Europe of Fiat accounts/wallets for crypto exchanges. Lately, she has been the CEO of a PSP business focused on providing best in class products/services for E-Commerce merchants. Over the years, Flavia has also had the opportunity to advise companies in the broader area of payment tech, payment solutions and partnering, alternative payment in the U.K. and in Continental Europe.

Flavia is passionate about driving and enabling innovation in the broader payment industry and, by so doing, delivering sustainable value to customers. She also truly enjoys building and developing performing teams and fostering an innovation culture. In her free time, she also mentors young professionals in addition to her non-executive director role for the British Mountaineering Council.
