Franklin Garrigues

Vice President, TD

As Vice President, External Ecosystems, Franklin Garrigues positions TD for future success by developing and shaping partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic relationships across innovation ecosystems. Additionally, Franklin leads UGO – a growing business-to-business service offering and accelerator. He also leads the bank’s approach to Open Banking and the advancement of TD’s Digital Identity agenda. Franklin represents TD on both the Digital Identification and Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC) and Financial Data Exchange (FDX) boards Franklin is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with an MBA. He also holds a master’s in electrical engineering from École Supérieure D’Électricité. He is passionate about giving back and deploying technology to solve community problems. Outside of work, Franklin enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with his wife and three kids.
