Madhu Narasimhan is the executive vice president, head of innovation, and COO of SDI (strategy, digital and innovation) at Wells Fargo. Madhu oversees teams that deliver customer-centric digital products and services, along with the foundational business infrastructure and management routines to enable a high-performing SDI organization. Her team is also responsible for leading enterprise-wide innovation initiatives and research and development that will enable growth and drive better customer experiences.

Additionally, Madhu oversees the Wells Fargo Startup Accelerator, manages the tech roadmap toward scaled delivery, and champions agile adoption across the company. Some high-profile investments include EyeVerify (exited at $100M), Kasisto ($120M valuation), Roostify (last known valuation at $190M). Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Madhu led virtual channels and analytics for Kaiser Permanente Care Delivery.
