He launched Monese in 2015 after his first-hand painful experience of trying to open a bank account in another country. Monese is a leading pan-European fintech that offers smart money services to millions of consumers across Europe, and its technology arm XYB provides cutting-edge B2B platform technology to global banks that enables them to transform their business and launch new products at pace.

Norris is passionate about financial literacy and empowering young people. He is one of the founding members of the €1M Good Deed Education Fund alongside the founders of Skype, Wise, Bolt and others.
