Olaf Felske

Advisor & Former Medtronic Executive

Olaf Felske is a global business executive and seasoned strategic advisor with over two decades of experience driving meaningful stakeholder value, profitable growth, and business evolution in healthcare, chemical, energy, and consulting industries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the US, and Canada. For the past decade, Olaf has served in various executive roles at Medtronic. Prior to working for Medtronic in the US, he was the CFO and COO for Medtronic Canada overseeing finance, business and market development, supply chain, IT, customer service, and warehousing. In this role he orchestrated mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Olaf initially began his career at Medtronic in Switzerland. Before that, he worked at DuPont, held a financial advisory role at MLP, and was with IMPaC Offshore Engineering. Olaf has been a member of committees and advisory boards for Medtech Canada, the Ontario Bioscience Innovation Organization, and the University of Waterloo’s Centre for Bioengineering and Biotechnology. He holds a master’s from the Technical University of Hamburg and an MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Olaf has completed Harvard Business School’s Value-Based Healthcare and Stanford Business School’s Advanced CFO Programs. Additionally, he is an internationally certified executive coach by the International Coaching Federation.
