Thomas Park

Senior Advisor, Antares Ventures

Thomas Park is a venture capital and strategy executive who led BDC’s Deep Tech Fund and served as Vice President of Operations & Strategy at BDC Capital, the most active venture capital investor in Canada. Previously, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and managed a $700 million portfolio at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation spanning 50+ countries.

He is currently a Senior Adviser to Antares Ventures, a Singapore-based deep-tech fund helping Canadian companies expand into Asia, and an Executive Adviser at NorthGuide, advising governments, startups, and investors on innovation and economic development. He also co-chairs the Global Hypergrowth Project.

Thomas holds degrees from Dartmouth (MBA), Harvard (MPP), and McGill (Law). Named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, he is fluent in English and French, with conversational Korean, and has been published in the Financial Times and The Globe and Mail.
